Andrey Tskhovrebov, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia, participated in a ceremony of solemn cancellation of stamps (edition - “Churches”), issued on the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of recognition of the Donetsk People’s Republic by the Republic of South Ossetia, on June 27.


Khasan Gigolaev, Head of the Committee on Communications, Vladimir Valiev, General Director of the Post and Telegraph Agency of the Republic of South Ossetia, took part in the procedure of cancelation on South Ossetian party; Nikita Borodin, Deputy Minister of Communications, and Denis Neudachin, General Director of the Post of Donbass, were among Donetsk delegates.

The Cathedral of Holy Trinity in Tskhinval and the Saviour's Transfiguration Cathedral in Donetsk were printed on the stamps of the Republic of South Ossetia and the Donetsk People’s Republic correspondingly.

The first joint cancellation of stamps took place in Donetsk in 2016.

The Agreement on Cooperation in Postal Communications between the Post and Telegraph Agency of the Republic of South Ossetia and the Post of Donbass was signed as well.
