The Treaty on Friendship, Cooperation and Partnership was signed between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on September 20, 2016 within the framework of the festivities dedicated to the 26th Anniversary of the Republic of South Ossetia.


Domenti Kulumbegov, the Chairman of the Government of the Republic of South Ossetia, and Pavel Prokudin, the Chairman of the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, signed the Treaty on behalf of the two states.

The Treaty stipulates further development of cooperation in political, trade and economic, social, humanitarian and cultural spheres based on a partnership between state authorities, business units, institutions and organizations.
